OUR MISSION
My mission is to help clients world wide understand the importance of detox flushing and personalized nutrition plans. Each client will receive an overall health assessment by a certified NASM health coach and graduate of a Master degree in Exercise Science and Wellness before exercise training. We are a virtual gym platform where our clients can enjoy their workouts in the comfort of their home. Our clients utilize our LINKXWORKOUT Fitness app to access all LIVE training classes and customized meal plans!
